Rig-up Works
We always pay attention to the smallest details of our clients’ projects. We handle comprehensive tasks as we are specialized in creating camps set-up as per customer requirements and site conditions. our rig up scope including the following:
- Preparation of camp layouts with ideal arrangement.
- Preparation of MEP layouts for camp caravans showing electrical cables, Main control panel, Sub control panel, and its path on camp layout.
- Rig Up scope include
- Supply and installation of every 3 caravans on 1ea Master skid.
- Supply and installation of plumbing for connecting the master skid caravan on fresh water lines to be collected and connected to the water tank.
- Supply and installation of plumbing for connecting the master skid caravan on a drainage line to be collected and connected to the sewage tank.
- Supply and installation of cables and subpanels for connecting of master skid caravans on 1ea Sub panel.
- Supply and installation of cables for connecting caravans earth to skids.
- Connecting sub panels to main camp distribution panel
- Connecting MDP to power house panel.
- Supply and installation of walkways or stairs in front of caravans doors.
- Camp operation and commissioning at MOG yard before loading to client’s site.
Maintenance
Reference to our wide experience in caravans fabrication with all types and MOG companies products integration, MOG provide renovation service for caravans with very skilled & professional team starting with free inspection for caravans / equipment then providing clients with detailed inspection report giving client full vision on caravans status and renovation process passing to itemized offer to give client options and priorities for renovation (full renovation / partial renovation)
MOG renovation team is fully trained and qualified for working in oil & gas field for land rigs & offshore rigs, equipped with PPE, tools
MOG provides maintenance / renovation on client’s site & at MOG facility.
MOG Maintenance / Renovation includes but not limited to
- Maintenance, Renovation, Repair & extension for buildings, freezers.
- Renovation of all types of porta cabins (Mog fabrication or others).
- Renovation for offshore units (cabins or barges).
